Hello my name is Susana Oliveira…. 
I am an English and German teacher but for the last years I`ve only been teaching English.
I´ve been teaching for 14 years now, and I love it!
At the moment I am working at Escola E. B. 2/3 D. António Ferreira Gomes in Ermesinde and i am doing my Masters Degree in Educational Technology.
This is my Blog for the English class. I am working with the class 8th E and it`s fun!!

Now some more details about my present work with this blog…
This blog is part of the research work for my thesis. It was designed and prepared according to Jonassen`s CLE model (Constructivist Learning Environments) in which the teacher follows active strategies promoting the students` reflexive spirit, collaboration and exploration. This environment should be active, constructive, collaborative, conversational, reflexive, contextualized, complex and intentional.
The selected contents were those present in the students’ English book, based on the official English curricula for the 8th year and “3º ciclo”.
The activities were selected and prepared in a communicative/pragmatic perspective, highlighting the student as the subject of his own teaching/learning process and accentuating the need to learn a foreign language. Everything was created in an attempt to build sequences of exercises able to develop, structure, simulate and be communication acts.
